They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. The office has a great staff, and they are very friendly and welcoming. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated.

Both Dr. Emerson and Dr. Hoffman are true professionals and I trust them with my all beloved pets and farm animals. They have seen us through the worst and best and are always trustworthy and capable. I would not even consider another veterinarian for my animals.

Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how clean and neat the surroundings are. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional team: who, by the way, share space with Dove Lewis Emergency Animal Hospital...a definite plus for pets needing attention during off-business hours. And, we didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. Dr. Emerson was careful and meticulous. I don't feel that I have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something.
