Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. The staff here goes above and beyond to make my pet and me feel at home. They are the friendliest people! They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care.

My baby had been struck by a slow moving car and I called around to see if someone could get her in. Bryan County Animal Hospital had the lowest examination price and was able to get her in right away! I live in Texas and even drove over an hour to get there (do not worry my dog was not in tremendous pain and was not harmed by the long drive).

One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. They almost always have a promotion or special going on. Whether its a complimentary consultation for new clients or a percent-off a certain service, I always get some sort of discount. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. It was unbelievable how gentle this vet was with my pet and it really helped my pet feel at ease. It's very apparent that they truly care about us and our pets and that this is not a job for them, but their passion and purpose.
