Bryan Co took great care of my dog! People were friendly and caring. They also have very reasonable prices. I drove an hour to go to them, and I'm glad I did! Thank you to their staff!!

I have ALWAYS came to this place to care for my animals, They have always been excellent and helpful with any of my other pets, until today.. Today i brought in my kitten who was dying and told the lady at the front desk and her response was "Yeah, well.." and then had me fill out paper work. I explained that this was an emergancy, which they clearly have a sign posted in the front that "Emergancys will be treated first" No, in fact my cat died in my arms after waiting 15 minutes to be seen and 3 other people with clearly healthy looking pets go before me. I feel disrespected and hurt and lost a precious baby because i guess to her my case was not an emergancy. I called the office after returning home and buring my baby, and spoke to a lady who i felt was not very sympathetic and when i told her i wanted to file a complaint with the lady at the front desk, who had asked me to take a seat and fill out paper work, the lady on the phone began to get an attitude and told me she had no idea who i was describing to her. ( i believe it was actually her on the phone) She asked what she looked like and when i gave the description again she acted as if she had no clue who it was and i had described this woman plane as day, i just didnt get her name because i was emotional on how my pet was treated as if she was not an emergancy. I just cant believe I am even writting this kind of a review on this hospital which i have always bragged about. Their staff had always been so remarkable with treating my pets and also with any questions i had ever had. I drove from Sherman to see them just to be told to wait and have my beloved pet pass away in my arms. I just want the lady to know the heartache she has caused because of her negligence.

Dr. Fredia and all the other doctors are just great. Very knowledgeable, kind, nice, caring and take time to answer questions. Dr. Fredia saved my dogs life, kept her there for several days and it did not cost an arm and a leg.
You can not go wrong choosing Bryan County Animal Hospital. People from all over Texas and Oklahoma drive for miles to have this wonderful place take care of their animals.

Dr. Wells has cared for my pets for over 35 years. The entire staff are wonderful, caring professionals. I now live in Austin TX and I still drive to Durant OK to ensure my dogs get the best care.

Caring knowledgeable vets, compassionate staff.
My dog was there a week, 24hr care because of criminal poisoning.
Charged me a minimum and did everything possible to save the dog.

I took my sick puppy here. He had parvo and Frieda saved his life. Very loving vet, she is in the business for animals not the money. Charged a tenth of what a big city vet would have charged.
