First time taking our dogs to this vet. We went to board both of them there for 7 days. I called ahead of time and was quoted $17 a day for both dogs to stay together in one run. We go in to drop them off, bring their own food/bed/bowls/toys and was not told anything. I come back to pick up the dogs-they were supposed to have trimmed nails and bathed. The dogs nails were not trimmed and they charged me $17 per day for my lab and $10 per day for my 10 lb dog to stay together! On top of that they charged me for an extra day! They said since I picked them up at 5 pm and not before 1 or 2 pm then they charge for an extra night even though they did not stay there. They told me it's just like a hotel and they checked out late. What kind of crap is that?!? I was never told any of this. There are no prices listed anywhere, they simply assume you know how they operate? Guess this is the crap service you get in a small town.

Very, they contradicted everything I said and became very angry

Absolutely, they are always in stock and even offer flea medication by the month

Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!

Absolutely! They handle everything from annual shots to complicated illnesses, with competence and loving care

They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. Their staff is very friendly and professional. This veterinarian is so great about sending reminders for pets annual exams and thanks to them I have never forgotten once. They have a huge selection of medication available for pets and are very knowledgeable about each brand provided. Every time I pick up medication they always have what I'm looking for and have never been out-of-stock.
