1st impressions are crucial! Our Boston terrier was 19 years old and we had to put him to sleep due to serious health issues. Our old vet couldn't see him but told us about Steubenville Vet Hosp. The receptionist was not only professional and compassionate, the entire staff was with us during the process and I can't stress enough just how cared about they all made us feel! My dogs ashes came in a beautiful urn with a card from this vet that we could plant as a memorial! That was a few months ago, yesterday I rescued an australian sheppard puppy and when I called this morning, the very same receptionist answered all of my concerns and understood my situation, she didn't "rush" our conversation and was very pleasant and professional. 5 stars are not enough for them!!!

My pets are not afraid of the vet. They are expertly handled. I always receive courtesy even when I have to ask a lot of questions. I have never been steered wrong. My animals responded well to their treatments. I place a great deal of trust in Dr. Martello.
