Some random people bought Dr Hart's business and they are nothing like Dr Hart. If you have been going to Dr Hart, expect a younger vet with less experience, and a MUCH higher bill. There are a lot of caring vets out there and it is not hard to find one who does not overcharge- just read the reviews carefully. These people are not Dr Hart. I went to the reviews and have found another vet with whom I feel very comfortable.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Not at all, they are always so organized here with making sure the vet is never too overwhelmed to ensure the best service

I was pleased with the good condition of their equipment. Everything seemed safe and current, and I knew my pet was in good hands. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. Of course at times vets have to do unpleasant procedures on the pets, but they always demonstrate care and compassion. I really trust them and so do my pets. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long.

The veterinarian and friendly staff educated me on what I could do better to help keep my pets healthy and happy and really stressed the importance of taking care of my pets teeth. I left with a better understanding of proper pet health and found their recommendations to be incredibly helpful. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. I have complete confidence in their ability to successfully diagnose and treat my pet with any ailment they might have. They've handled everything from annual shots to complicated illnesses, with competence and loving care. The vets and staff here were so nice and helpful; I have already told my loved ones that they should start coming here. Dr. Hart is the best vet we have ever met. She goes out of her way for the care of the animals she sees!
