Dialing for dollars is my heading. Why? This is the craziest way to run a Vet office that i have ever seen. In order to be seen here, they do not schedule anything at all. Instead, you have to start calling their office at 9am and its like calling a radio contest. You have to be a lucky person that gets a call through. The last time it took my sister 200 calls to get in. And you only get your pet seen that day, if you were a lucky one that got a time slot. It doesnt matter if your pet is Ill, is dying, is hurt. And if you dont get a time that day, you have to get up the next day and do this all over again. Why anyone would do this i dont know. Its allowing sick and injured pets to be overlooked for vaccines and other things just because the owner couldnt get through that day. And what about people who have jobs and cant play this russian roulette calling game? And its not easy to just find another vet. This is the only vet in the city. and others surrounding this city are not taking new patients. What a lousy way to run things. I know people like this office because they are cheap. But that doesnt help you at all if you have a sick or dying pet.
