They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. Thanks to their exceptional level of care that they always offer here my pets have enjoyed healthy and long lives. My pets have never been misdiagnosed and I strongly recommend them to anyone who loves their pets. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. My pet hates going to the vet so I was very relieved that I was allowed to stay with my pet throughout the appointment. They really make an effort to make sure that the pets are comfortable and happy at all times, which in turn makes me very happy as well. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Did the veterinarian allow you to stay with your pet at all times?
Absolutely! I was never asked to leave and stayed with my pet the whole time
When your pet had to stay in overnight care did this veterinarian call you with follow-ups when they promised they would?
Absolutely, they usually call more times than they say they promised. I was fully informed the whole time.

At first I was only going to London Animal hospital because they were cheaper, but the moment I stepped in the door I knew that I had made a better choice and not just by the cost. Everything is so clean and everyone is so friendly. They didn't even mind my puppy and his "excitable pee" (which I'm sitll working with him on)

Not only are the staff friendly, but very professional and defiantely know what they are doing.

I'm going to continue taking my dog to them <3

They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference.
