We had been going to Forest Park for 4+ years with 2 dogs. It wasn't until they were acquired by Banfield that we decided to leave. Not only are the vet technicians/front desk staff rude, but they are unprofessional, unknowledgeable, unsympathetic, and lazy. In addition to the horrible decrease in the quality of support staff, the prices have gone up.

Prior to the acquisition we loved Forest Park. It's unfortunate that we have to switch vets unprompted.
