I called to make an appointment for my cat. The person who answered the phone told me that she was new and didn't know how to do that. She told me to call back when Lauren was there but don't call in Thursday. I asked her if they would please call me back. She said sure. I never heard from them again.
About 1 1/2 yr ago, I tried calling for an appointment. The woman who answered the phone was very unfriendly to me and told me that she couldn't get me an appointment for 3-4 months. I went elsewhere.
Seems to me that this business does not care about getting business or being accommodating to clients.
I won't be calling again!

Always happy to see my dogs when I am unsure of a problem. I appreciate the fact he does not order tests just to order them and handles the care of my dogs effectively.

Not at all! I've never seen my pet so calm. They really have a gift with animals here.

Dr. Olsen is a nice man and a good veterinarian. His staff is terrible. From the first phone call to the check out, they are rude and uncaring. If only he would get rid of some of them and start fresh. You have to avoid contact with the daytime receptionist, but the evening people aren't much better. The techs used to be more friendly, but they have become bitter. I am in the market for a new vet, because I can't deal with the staff. To see the vet for only about 5 minutes and have to suffer the nasty staff isn't worth the aggravation. If you don't mind the arrogance of the staff for a few minutes with a good veterinarian, this may be the place for you. If not, look elsewhere. Life is too short to pay someone to treat you badly.
