They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. My pets love it here and they are never anxious to leave (however it could be due to all the fun treats they get) .
