Very disappointed in this clinic that I have been using for years. We had to have our 15 year old cat put to sleep after battling pancreatitis. I called Monday morning 10/16 and was told that there was no Doctor on duty that day. I was told we could come in Tuesday at 11:00am. I was unable to do so as I am a nurse and that is busy time.( J ) told me that they do not like this done during the day and that the Doctor needs lunch break. I was then told that sometimes you need to say your good byes at home. That I could drop him off on my way to work and pick him up later. Im sorry but how COLD is that !! My children are devastated as it is and to leave their cat alone in a strange place with loudness is cruel. I was told Thursday 2:45. Sadly Tuesday when I checked on him on my lunch break he was trying to vomit and had blood in his loose foul smelling stool. I knew he would suffer waiting until Thursday. I called and was told I Could bring him in at 12:30 so we did. I went to pay the bill which should have been est $50.00 as it goes by the weight of the cat. I was charged $75.00 for inconvenience - lunch time. I had our other cat - large main coon cat put done 7 months ago with cancer he was $55.00. This cat was lucky if he weighed 9 pounds. As a nurse I can say we health care professionals miss breaks and lunches ALL the time. We put our patients first both physically and emotionally. And our Doctors do not charge extra for getting a patient in when it is seriously necessary. My daughter was crying so I paid the overcharge to not upset her anymore. I will never recommend this clinic every again and will share my experience with any pet owner who ask.

Dr, Skinner and her staff have the most tender hearts ever. The care they provide for the animals is above and beyond, respectful, loving, caring people they all are. I wouldn't take my animals any other place. Thank you to all who work there.

Dr. Skinner is one of the best Vets I have taken my cats too. The staff is always upbeat and chipper and willing to help with any questions/concerns I may have.
