Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. I have heard horror stories of people's pets being misdiagnosed by their veterinarians, but that is not something you have to worry about here. I have never had a bad experience and I have complete faith in their care. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
