I used BGAH for my 2 dogs over the past 4 years. I brought my English Setter in on December 21, 2011 because he was not eating and was weak. They did a blood test and cleaned his teeth ($400) and sent him home. I boarded him at BGAH instead of my usual kennel over Christmas so they could monitor him. They sent me an e-mail saying he was eating and doing well. When I picked him up he was 5 lbs thinner and clearly sick. I immediately brought him to Katonah Bedford Animal Hospital and they found a tumor in his throat, 1.5 inches in diameter. We had to euthanize Harry the next day. BGAH completely failed him and didn't even bother to stay in touch with us.
