The years that I have been bringing my pets years have been stress-free and great. I love coming in to catch up with everyone in the office and they take the best care of my animals.

I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. I was so pleased that I didn't have to wait before I got to talk with the receptionist. The office is perfectly staffed. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I feel very safe and comfortable in their care. There is no fear of your pet going hungry or thirsty here because food and water are always made available for them.

I was shocked when they dismissed my concerns as unimportant and told me I was just overreacting. I knew that my situation needed attention, and I couldn't believe that they wouldn't even look into it. They need to treat their staff with more respect. They weren't overly rude but they could have been a lot nicer. When I told them about my situation, they were somewhat understanding, but they could have been more caring. They didn't try very hard to understand where I was coming from. One thing that's been so annoying about Beaver Lake Animal Hospital, is that they always end up postponing my appointments. I'm usually not even notified that they're going to postpone it until less than an hour before my scheduled appointment.

No, it was expensive.

Not at all. They closed early even though they knew I needed help
