These monsters saw my cat for an abcess, charged me an outrageous amount, and sent me away with antibiotics without a care. We were back 2 weeks later with an even worse abcess, this time they decided to further traumatize her by putting her under, cleaning her paw, stitching it, and then sending us away with more antibiotics and another outrageous bill. 6 months later we were back with the same issue, this time they sedated her and removed an ingrown nail that was over 1 inch long and sent her home with more meds, stitches, and a cone! Here we are 4 months later and my cat is suffering yet again because these neglectful garbage humans didn't fix the issue the 1st time, 2nd time, or even the third time and now want full price to see her again! They screamed at me to calm down when I got upset to the point of crying! They were very very rude and never apologized one time, they screamed at me that I wanted free services when all I wanted were services I had paid for 3 times over and my cat still suffers. Do not go here!

Absolutely not. I was shocked and appalled when I paid the bill.

Extremely anxious! My pet was so relieved when we left

I took my cat to be declawed and spayed on a Monday morning first thing. Tuesday we picked her up and brought her home. On Friday the cat was still not eating nor drinking and was still very nauseated. We called the vet and was requested to bring her back in to be checked. The vet decided to keep her for the weekend to give her something to help with nausea and pain and to make sure she was eating well before releasing her back to our care. We picked the cat back up on Monday after a full weekend of care and were not charged a penny!!!!!! This proved to me the vet truly cares about the animals and is not there for the money which I greatly appreciate!!!!!!!! Thank you to the staff who was all very friendly and helpful during this time.

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

Absolutely! I was never asked to leave and stayed with my pet the whole time

Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them
