Cindy was not that friendly and was actually rude, as was Dr. Walker. They take nearly two weeks to give you test results and don't return phone calls. I had to keep calling and calling. They did not take down accurate information so their records are incorrect. The exams were incomplete and not thorough... and more. Overall, I would recommend this vet only if there was absolutely no other option.

I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. I'm sure it's no surprise that my pet hates going to the vet, but what a relief to find an animal hospital that is so dedicated to making your pets experience as pleasant as possible. They never separate you from your pet and I was able to stay within "save me" range the whole time. No taking pets behind closed doors like other places I've been too.
