I brought my pet cat LUCY, who was pregnant at the time, for spaying considerations. Dr. Markowitz anxiously wanted to spay LUCY without explaining any risks involved. Unfortunately, LUCY - my beloved Tortie passed away while under Boulevard Veterinary Clinic's post-surgical care.

Additionally, I found a used syringe on the floor while I was there that very day. This is a reckless pratice. Please avoid it at all costs. Your pet's life is at stake here.

Every time we go there, Dr. Markowitz wants to do "blood work" to test for something. Besides the money issue, they never call us with the blood work results. Also, I paid to have my dog's teeth cleaned, and I really don't think they did anything at all. Not only are her teeth still nasty looking, but her breath is horrid. I never get out of that office spending less than $300, and I only have 1 dog! They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. The waiting area was overcrowded and too small. Multiple people had to stand as there were not enough seats. Everyone was pretty much wedged in.

I will never take my animals here again, nor will I recommend this hospital to anyone. I don't want anyone else to experience what I went through. Dr, Markowitz did not explain level of risk in performing late term spay/abort on my cat LUCY. She passed away the next morning and he did not have an explanation. One of the lab techs took LUCY fromt he examining room when I brought her and did not allow me to se her in the cage pre-surgery.

I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place.
