They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. The Doctor there is great and really knows his stuff. Can't ask for a better veterinary facility. From the outside it doesn't look like your gonna get your answers, but when you go in the service is great the staff is personable, the clients in the waiting room only have good things to say about the place. I was very impressed. The Doctor fixed my pet when 3 other veterinary hospitals didn't even come close, all the other places did was give me a run around and charge me for stuff that really didn't need to be done. Doctor Stuart did only what he needed to do to make my pet 100% and in the end cost me 1/4 of what the other bozo vets would have charged me with the unnecessary stuff they did and wanted to do. Thumbs up for Doctor Stuart and his office Manager is fantastic I think her name is April. She is great with all the clients and helped me out on the phone a number of times. If you have any pets, and want answers and no bulls...t run around, this is the place is the place to go, they are straight shooters. It is worth it not be jerked around by other vet places, I just wish I found them sooner. I will be a lifetime client and spreading the word.
