I have been a client of Dr. Stuart's for over 8 years and I can truly say that I have never seen anyone with more compassion about his work and his hospital. I have 3 dogs and I find that that care that I get there is above what I have seen in the field. Dr. Stuart keeps himself and his staff well trained and his staff is always courteous. He is great at getting to the heart of the matter without raking me over for the issues as some vets I have dealt with in the past. He has a great mannerism to him and he explains all that he is doing and the why that he is doing it. He has operated on 2 of my dogs and the outcome was better that I though possible. He has done teeth cleanings on all 3 of my dogs and I truly trust him with the care of my pets, they are family members and he treats them that way. I can say that I think he has one of the best veterinary hospitals in New Jersey, although a small office, he makes up for it with courteous staff and top rated service. I think he is doing a great job with all the pets that go there and I am sure that I am just a small one of his good clients and I am sure that all of his clients feel the same. New Jersey needs more vets like him. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. I don't feel that people who leave anonymous 1st name reviews are accurate or probably even real. I have no issues with letting people know there is a good vet here. His place is kept modern and up to date with equipment and he is very attentive to his clients and their needs as well as the pets needs. There has never been a question that has gone unanswered. You can not go wrong with going there. It is very interesting to see that there are more than just dogs and cats in the office too. Thomas Curtis

I just went to this vet for the 1st time and I have to say I am genuinely impressed. Very few times have I actually been impressed enough to make an online review. I have read all the reviews and I can honestly say I do not know what crack pipe those bad reviews came from. I went in there on a Friday, I called 2 days before and was booked for my appointment at the time I wanted during a very courteous phone call. I was shocked that the day before I got a call to confirm my appointment. This was a great thing that my own doctor never did, I was surprised. I arrived a few minutes early for my appointment. There was a very nice receptionist who immediately acknowledged my arrival and even knew my name. They handed me a short one page form and went over what they needed from me. I was seen by the doctor very quickly after filling the form out. The doctor, Dr Stuart. was very professional, he introduced himself and got some history on my rabbit and then did a full examination. He spoke to me as he was doing the exam and I was impressed that he even looked inside Penelope's mouth. I thought he was very thorough and well worth the money. He prescribed some medication and after a week I returned for a recheck followup and he did a great job in clearing up the problem. I had a great experience and from the others that I saw in his office, this seems like a regular thing there. Reading reviews you can never be sure if a place will be good or bad, but I can say that the good reviews are on target and you definitely get great service. Wonder if they send reminder cards because they did say after I was leaving to call back if there was a problem and that they would see me next year. Overall I would say that is this is a very professionally run place. This provider has so much helpful information available online. They also have a great online presence in multiple directories. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared.

Not at all, they seemed stuck in the past

Yes, they were able to do almost nothing they originally said they could

Absolutely Not!

No, I left with more problems than I came with!

Definitely not! It was obvious they just wanted to make money!

Great Hospital, Great Staff, Excellent Experience. My Dog loves them!!! When I 1st came into New Jersey I Used to go to a different Vet. After having them almost kill my dog I looked for another place to take my dog. I called this hospital and was greeted pleasantly and had a laugh making my appointment. Upon entering the hospital I found it smelled great and was very clean, there were no smells of dog or cat urine like the other places I have been to. They were extremely nice, the staff. The Doctor, Doctor Stuart, was the best with my "Lily". At the first visit it was just for simple vaccines. She didn't even flinch with him drawing blood for the heartworm and lyme check. Thank God she was negative. We had so many ticks that year. He never need to use a muzzle. The other vet I went to always would stress her out and put a muzzle on her and then have one of their ruffian technicians as they called them over restrain her like she was a prisoner. I was and am very happy with the way she was and is handled here. They all have a soft touch and it puts Lily at ease. I brought Lily into the hospital for vomiting. After Xrays it appeared that Lily had eaten something she shouldn't have. Surgery was done and after she woke up I visited her and was given the sock that she ate. She was there for 2 days and was wagging her tail the whole time she was there. She came home better than new. I am so grateful that there are such caring individuals out there and Dr Stuart and his staff are among the best I have been around. Lily still likes to go there. At her suture removal she was wagging her tail from the waiting room back to my car. I could never see myself going anywhere else. The basket of goodies I gave them paled in what piece of mind they gave me.They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Lisa S.

This is by far the best vet i have ever been to. he is so knowledgeable and kind and friendly. His Staff is fantastic, THEY REALLY CARE about your pet. You can not get better than this place. It smells very clean in the waiting room and in the exam room. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.

I've been going to Advanced Care Small & Exotic Animal Hospital for years. Dr. Stuart is an exceptional veterinarian that provides quality care for your pets.He really cares about succeeding at treating and curing any illness your pet may have. Dr. Stuart always takes his time addressing any issues and answers all my questions. I never feel rushed. And the staff is very friendly and compassionate. Furthermore, I find that their prices were very reasonable. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely continue going there.
