We've been taking our dog there for 14 years, never missed an appointment. I wanted to get heartworm medication through 1800PetMeds and they wouldn't authorize it. When I called, first they said they would have a prescription for me to pick up. A few hours later, they called and said that they would not write a prescription unless I made an appointment. We had decided not to give him any more shots or blood work at his age. All we wanted is the heartworm medication as a preventive and they would not do it. Sadly, they do not care about the animal, only the money.

I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. My dog almost died. After several days in the Garden State Hospital they were able to fix the mistakes Laurelton Vet missed!

This veterinarian is so great about sending reminders for pets annual exams and thanks to them I have never forgotten once. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are.

I didn't appreciated that they would not start a saline drip on my dying cat, until I came back with payment. I had been a patron for years. My cat died, because he was misdiagonosed. The one vet is rude, to the animal & their owners. Because they are right across the street, years later I took an other cat 17 yrs young with thyroid problems there. I can't afford the routine blood test because I'm not working and they will not renew the medication. He's been on the medication for years & doing fine, so he dyes because I can't pay the $149 visit and they WILL NOT RENEW the medication? Unbelievable!
They are all about the MONEY and not the animal.
