I have been a customer for quite a while. Always paid on time fully. guess that they no longer care about the people who have to work during this whole pandemic. I called for an appt for one of my dogs. since I work full time I always went on Saturday. I was told there are no more Saturday appt.maybe I should look at other veterinary offices if I need Saturdays. Very rude.

gone so downhill starts at the door staff is rude well the blonde and it goes from there. no compassion for the animals worried about money and 9 to 5 so miss the wally days

They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation.

They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly.
