Williamston Veterinary Hospital is so great about sending reminders for pets annual exams and thanks to them I have never forgotten once. The pervious Vet/Owner was competent but didn't instill the trust that Dr. Cox does. Cox uses her network to refer my pets to the best treatment available in North Carolina, further if I needed it. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. The staff here is friendly and welcoming. My pet and I always are made to feel at home. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. Sometimes it takes longer to get in and out when I drop my pets off for an overnight spa treatment or day care and I'm on a schedule, but it's not so bad that I haven't learned to plan a few extra minutes for that.
