It was obvious that they didn't take any pride in their office's appearance. I don't think that place has ever been cleaned.They briefly listened to me, but quickly downplayed everything I said or stopped paying attention. They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. They needed to pay a little more attention to detail, to make sure they didn't make any mistakes. I could tell their entire attention wasn't focused on me.
