Dr. Sorg has gone out of her way to be available to help us in emergency situations with our pets. She is kind and extremely knowledgeable and you can tell that she truly loves animals. I feel that I can and have put my complete trust in her and have never been disappointed. The staff is also very friendly and accommodating. I recommend this practice wholeheartedly!!!

Dr. Winter is very good,but the office staff is terrible! Unethical behavior is common. Rudeness and inefficiency common occurrence. Don't waste your money, go to a more professional office.

Not at all, they are always so organized here with making sure the vet is never too overwhelmed to ensure the best service

Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed

Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

The veterinarian and friendly staff educated me on what I could do better to help keep my pets healthy and happy and really stressed the importance of taking care of my pets teeth. I left with a better understanding of proper pet health and found their recommendations to be incredibly helpful. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. I was only allowed to stay with my pet for part of the appointment, which I really didn't like very much because it gives my pet anxiety to be in a room filled with strangers. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office?
Extremely easy, and close to the entrance
Was your pet anxious to leave this veterinarian's office?
Not at all! I've never seen my pet so calm. They really have a gift with animals here.
Did this provider use excessive foul language?
Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!
Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines?
Absolutely! They were very entertaining!
