No! They took my terrified pet to a different room and wouldn't allow me go

VERY, very dissatisfied with services here......they kept on racking up charges that they WILL be using during the visit. This doctor has no compassion for the animals or owners but she has a great compassion for her pocketbook. I will NEVER return, will NOT recommend this vet; their site and business card says "We care about our cats and their people" hogwash........found two others that are AMAZING, fair and compassionate.

Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of.

They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. It was unbelievable how gentle this vet was with my pet and it really helped my pet feel at ease. It's very apparent that they truly care about us and our pets and that this is not a job for them, but their passion and purpose. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places.
