Dr. Vaughn is the dearest and most kind hearted "animal loving" person on earth. She graduated from Mississippi State and is well educated and "knows her stuff". Her facility is clean. It is not in the "high society" part of town with plush furnishings, but I can guarantee it is clean and sanitary to the utmost! For someone to say they don't know how they are in business is totally unfair and very upsetting!!!!!!!!!!! I just bet that the person who posted that review comes from the upper "money loving", materialistic society in which we live. I used this clinic for about a decade and I noticed its customer service take a significant decline over the years. The support staff or front office was the primary problem, but later one of its clinical staff was very rude and unprofessional. After she returned my pet to me unclean at the end of a visit, after promising a bath, and I inquired about it, she then took the pet to the back wet him down and returned him to me muddy. I could not believe it. No, I do not tell Dr. Vaughn, because I did not have the heart -- or the spine, I guess.

Dr. Vaughn's place isn't the fanciest but the people there are wonderful and she is simply the best! She has seen after my dogs and my rabbit. When the PetsMart vet was so grossly negligent in caring for my rabbit, making her condition deteriorate such that it ultimately killed her, Dr. Vaughn was there as an aggressive advocate for me and my rabbit, to the very end.
I've never had a reason to doubt her, except for her bill. She is notorious for not charging for all the services and meds she gives. When she quotes a price, it is the price come heck or high water.
She and her staff are just "good people" as it is said here in the South. We think the world of her.
