In my personal experience and opinion concerning Seneca Veterinarian Clinic I have never seen more unprofessional conduct from a business. I was very disappointed with the lack of communication on several occasions. They often contradicted themselves when talking about our pet (was told a cat would starve itself to death, was later told cat would not starve itself). But the most unprofessional and shocking thing they did was to call my wife names and to call her profanities when leaving her a voice mail. My wife was deeply saddened and was grieving terribly (she ended up in the hospital) over the loss of our cat and these people at the Seneca Veterinarian Clinic were unprofessional, rude and hateful to her during her grieving. Our pet was sent home to die after we were told they were going to keep it until it was healed. Very unprofessional, very rude, very uncaring and very aggressive. I would not take another pet to these people.

I thank you so much for quickly diagnosing my little Jersey and saving her eye. Me and my family have been coming to the clinic for many years. I don't think we could find a better veterinarian and staff anywhere. My pets mean so very much to me and I am confident that they could receive no better treatment anywhere.
