Not impressed, my dog is a male and they kept calling him her -and that is AFTER they did hind quarter x-rays! Also trimmed fur around eyes which I was not pleased with since he was going to groomer later that week. Also
I took him there on a THursday and they said I needed an appointment and soonest one was the next Tuesday. and I almost did not take him in because he was not limping as much- after they did the xrays he was limping MORE and of course they said he needed surgery?!! And the OSHA compliance fee of 15.00 to keep them compliant with OSHA is an interesting way to pad the bill.

They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I thought their pricing was very fair. I have been to other places that charge an arm and a leg and I was happy to see that they weren't one of them. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. The staff are always polite and courteous.

My pet is so spoiled every time we come here. The staff treats my pet like their own. Lots of play time and attention. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I feel like they always have a special going on every time I visit. Even if I don't bring in a coupon the staff will inform me of the promotions they have going on so that I can save money.
