Dr. McDowell and her staff are great! Very thorough and professional. The office is very clean. I am sure my dogs are very well taken care of.

Things went okay during my pet's appointment, but they could have gone a lot better. I wasn't completely satisfied with the services, but not unhappy either. The veterinarian and staff briefly gave me some information on what I could be doing to keep my pets healthy, but I found the advice to be completely unhelpful not entirely accurate. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. THE WAIT IS ALWAYS TERRIBLE.

Absolutely! I was never asked to leave and stayed with my pet the whole time

Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. One thing I did enjoy was the waiting room chairs. They were comfortable and I didn't mind waiting in them for the appointment. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here.
