Dr. Urban and her staff are kind, competent and caring. Dr. Urban has always given thorough explanations of my pets' health issues and the treatment options open to us. I've known her to go "above and beyond" when it comes to caring for my animals - staying after clinic hours, even visiting my home.
I can't say enough good things about Arrowhead Lane.

Unbelievabley gentle, it is very apparant they truly care about pets well-being and comfort

No, I didn't have to wait very long

Yes, I was greeted when I walked in

Definitely! I saw it as soon as I walked in!
Was this veterinarian able to perform all basic as well as complicated procedures?
Absolutely! They handle everything from annual shots to complicated illnesses, with competence and loving care

Not at all! They exceeded my expectations

They were incredible. They consoled me and even gave me a hug.

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met
