They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They were so informative, and thoroughly answered every single question I had regarding pet care. I left feeling like I really learned a lot. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.
