I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. Their prices were pretty high, but I've had to spend more at other places.

They explained all the risks and benefits of my pet's treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt educated about choosing a treatment plan. They are always friendly, polite and courteous. They treat their patients like their pets.
