This vet is the most affordable that I have found. The staff were compassionate and caring when I was worried about my dog who suffered an eye injury. She took my dog in right away. I was so thankful to be able to afford high quality veterinary care. I highly recommend this vet. The clinic is run very efficiently and in a cost effective manner. I feel she maximizes the use of her time in dedication to the many animals that need her expertise. Please don't be discouraged regarding telephone issues. Think about how busy and focused the vet is. She could spend more on extra staffing, but she is so affordable that low income people can afford her services, which is just amazing.

Can’t really attest to how the regular practice runs. However, I can say that the communication on the large animal side is atrocious. I’ve waiting over a month for a call back just to make an appointment. (Calling once a week during this time.) To this day, I haven’t been called back. When asked why I haven’t received a call back, I’m only told that Rachael Fiske is busy and that she handles her own scheduling. It’s a shame because Rachael seems knowledgable and capable but, that level of communication is not professional.

There is no comparison!

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
Did this veterinarian fully explain your pet's condition?
Absolutely, I knew exactly what my pet had and what treatment options were available.
Were the staff members able to answer your questions?
Yes, they were able to answer my questions
Was this veterinarian friendly to your pet?
Extremely friendly, I could really tell his/her love for animals.

I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. This veterinarian was extremely friendly, and paid attention to both me and my pet. They really made the extra effort to make us feel welcome. They really take the time to listen to you and examine my pet. They genuinely care. We will only see them for our pet needs and highly recommend others!!!!! Dr. Powers, Karen, Mindy, & Dr. Rachel are all fantastic, smart & caring.

They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I was extremely satisfied with how smoothly my pet's appointment went and how helpful the vet was. It really went well.

It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. This veterinarian was so compassionate when my pet was sick. I can tell that they really cared about my pet's well-being and reassured me that things would be alright. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable.
