One thing that I don't appreciate, is that they close exactly at their scheduled time whether someone needs help or not. I can't count on them to help me if I show up even a couple of minutes past their closing time. I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They aren't known for being that good at what they do in my area, but they aren't known for being terrible either. They should probably work on improving their professional reputation. It was awful how rough they were with my pet. They seemed to have complete disregard to the fact that my pet was scared and uncomfortable.
