I’ve unfortunately ended up with bad vets before (and left them right away), so am thrilled to find a good one. The staff at Somerset is wonderful with all four of my animals (3 cats and 1 dog), and my animals are all very comfortable with them.

They were great until they messed up the crop on my dog's ears... They still say that "It's fine," and it is not fine. I had them re-crop one of the ears, but Dr. Noble would not take off any more cartilage. Then they wanted to charge me for her second round of pain meds and antibiotics... when I refused to pay, they sent my little puppy home without them! Just not a good experience with ear cropping. Staff WAS very nice until then.

I have been taking my pets to Somerset Animal Hospital for nearly 30 years. Dr. Noble and Dr. Thompson are both caring and compasionate. They are up to date with the latest information and are very good at what they do. If they think that it is in the best interest of your pet they will recommend other hospitals that provide the specialized services that most vets can't provide. I drive an hour and fifteen minutes to get to them even though there are at least five vets closer to my home.
