They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. When I have an emergency, they bump me in line, so I don't mind if I wait for someone else's emergency
