The staff here is wonderful. Everyone truly cares about your pet, from the office staff to the Tech's in the back. Dr. Zulty is the best. He had to put two of my pets down and it seemed to upset him as much as it did me. He even called to offer his condolences. I recommend them very highly.

I lived in Essex,i had a emergency with my dog,it was late we had been taken all our dogs there they were like family,i called the number in case of a sudden situation, they took him right away,am a animal rights advocate an recommend anyone to take their pet to them its the first-ever Essex DoD an cats hospital on the left after you go over the bridge,passing back river waste plant,go to the right one

The chairs in their waiting room weren't the best but they served their purpose and I couldn't complain. Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend them to my friends or family. This provider doesn't often dismiss my concerns as unimportant. They usually take every concern of mine very seriously. I have complete confidence in the Vets ability to successfully diagnose and treat my pet with any ailment they might have. They've handled everything from annual shots to complicated illnesses, with competence. Dr. Hicks is very caring and good to communicate with.
Front desk operations are not state of the art. I find the staff at the front desk to be aloof and not customer friendly. There is not reason you should wait over 1/2 hour to check out after being seen. I also feel the charges at this office are extremely high, this is a blue collar community and that should be taken into consideration.

They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. My pet hates going to the vet so I was very relieved that I was allowed to stay with my pet throughout the appointment. They really make an effort to make sure that the pets are comfortable and happy at all times, which in turn makes me very happy as well. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up.

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

No, there is no way to reach this vet if it is after business hours
