I love Doc. Wallace. We have a very mean but precious dachshund. Doc handles him wonderfully. I've never seen him smack him or mistreat him in any way. He has answered our questions., with great care and concern. We thought our dog was going to die once and Doctor Wallace pulled him thru. No his facilitiy isn't the ritz, but his office is clean. He's one of the best vets I know, he knows his stuff.

This vet smacked my dog and then raised his voice to my son when he began crying. Shock took over and I advised to cease treatment , paid my bill and got out of dodge. The place looked like a run down gas station with bars over the door not a professional hospital for treasured members of our family. Needless to say I would not recommend this office .

Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!

Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

Absolutely, I knew exactly what my pet had and what treatment options were available.
Did this veterinarian seem overwhelmed with too many pets?
No, he/she seemed very calm and not in a rush to see the next pet
Was this animal hospital's staff friendly?
Yes, they went above and beyond

No, my pet seems to love it here and is never anxious to leave

They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. The office was easy enough to find. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of.
