The entire staff is friendly and helpful. It was unbelievable how gentle this vet was with my pet and it really helped my pet feel at ease. It's very apparent that they truly care about us and our pets and that this is not a job for them, but their passion and purpose. They never separate you from your pet and I was able to stay within "save me" range the whole time. No taking pets behind closed doors like other places I've been too. I was extremely satisfied with how smoothly my pet's appointment went and how helpful the vet was.

They went out of their way to make me comfortable and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. I thought their pricing was very fair. I have been to other places that charge an arm and a leg and I was happy to see that they weren't one of them. They're always friendly and very professional. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. It is not uncommon to be greeted by more than one of the vets. It's a very nice family business. I never doubted their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer.
