Every time I'd ask a question, it seemed like they were annoyed and didn't want to give me an answer. I understand they're busy, but they should really treat their clients better. Their office was extremely loud, I felt like I was going to go deaf. I couldn't hear anything that anyone was saying over the blaring noise. It doesn't matter how many times I come here, they just cannot seem to remember my name and they make no effort to even try. I'd rather go to someone else who might actually appreciate my loyalty and business. After bringing my dog in for several visits and meds that didn't seem to help I went to another Vet in a neighboring city and got answers the first time for less than half the price.

Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them.
