In my opinion, Loftus is exceptionally unprofessional & discriminating. After accompanying a client to pick up her dog, we were taken to an exam room, required to pay the bill in full in the exam room even before seeing the dog, & then, when I inquired why they held the dog from my client due to lack of payment, but allowed other clients to take their pets home & "make payments" Loftus exploded! She started carrying on about how much money she donates & what her account receivables are then she ordered myself & the client (who never spoke once) to NEVER return to her clinic & she exited the room. Not once did I raise my voice to Dr. Loftus. At this visit, Dr. Loftus NEVER offered this paying client the opportunity to discuss her dog’s life threatening situation, what had been done, or how to prevent this situation from re-occurring. Approx.10 minutes later, a clinic worker appeared, handed off the dog & answered several questions regarding the animals condition.
