The entire staff here has been excellent. They always go above and beyond to answer questions for us and have any follow-up conversations as needed. We have 2 big dogs and a cat and they treat each of them with the utmost care. They have great, flexible business hours and are a real asset to the Glen Ellyn community!

When your pet had to stay in overnight care did this veterinarian call you with follow-ups when they promised they would?
Absolutely, they usually call more times than they say they promised. I was fully informed the whole time.

Extremely friendly, I could really tell his/her love for animals.

I switched from a typical, very busy veterinarian office to St. Francis, as my dog was always stressed out with the many other pets in the waiting room. The St. Francis Clinic is in an old home. I rarely need to wait in the "living room" waiting room and the hardwood floors, carpets and peaceful surroundings puts my dog at ease. Dr, Flaherty and his staff are professional, calm and take the time to listen to me. I never feel rushed. As my dog is in her senior years, Dr. Flaherty has been by my side as I need to make some tough decisions with her care. I recommend St. Francis Clinic for any pet and owner.
