When my pet stayed overnight here I was promised by the staff and the veterinarian that I would be called at a certain time and I was so upset when they didn't call. I never heard a peep and I was a nervous wreck waiting by the phone worrying. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. I was shocked at how unfriendly they were towards my pet. I hate to say it, but I'm not sure I would trust them alone with my pet.
I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. My time spent at this office was such a waste of time. They were unable to perform even the most basic procedures and the staff was completely incompetent.
