They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. Doc Flemming is one of the last really great vets. He even took time to come to our house to put our husky down. It was very sweet of him. My favourite vet ever. Doug in Des Moines
