I would never recommend them to anyone. They were terrible. They did not explain how serious my pet was hurt or how much pain she would be in. When I brought her home she was worse after the treatment. It was so bad that I could not even touch her. I asked for all options and putting my dog down in a humane manner was not suggested. They led me to believe that she would get better & not knowing anything about her condition, I believed them. I did my own research and found out how little success rate there was with treatment. They charged me $350.00 for a treatment that did not work & when I called back the next day, their response was to put her down for an additional $85.00. Their pricing was outrageously high. I was shocked and appalled at how much the bill was when it was time to pay. This vet is all about making money & not concerned about your pet's well being. I took her to another vet when I was given an honest evaluation & my dog was put to sleep surrounded by people who cared about the animals & not the money. And this vet let me know that there was something else going on with my dog. And their bill was very reasonable. If you care about your pet, do not go to this vet.

We take our two rescue cockers there and would go no where else! Dr Ray, I am sure has saved the life of our very high maintenance cocker. She calls to check on her on her days off, texted me to see how she was doing after her surgery at Auburn - have NEVER had another vet do that.

There is no doubt how much this is a passion and love of animals and not a job for the entire staff!

Very reasonable on their prices also! Another perk!

What a wonderful practice! I spent several hundred dollars at another vet only to have my dog misdiagnosed. From first phone call, to exam to check out the entire staff was warm and caring, the facility clean and comfortable.

I am confident that the Dr's here will correctly diagnosis and prayerfully have time to treat my dog. Thank you for the excellent care Missy and I received today, Such good care and genuine concern for us.
