My dog was bitten by another dog on Saturday night. All pets was the only place that was open. We were greeted by a warm and friendly receptionist who tried to put our minds at ease. We waited just a short time from the nurse taking our dog for examination to Dr. Waters coming in with what she had found. My dog is 14 years old and suffers from heart murmurs. She took extra care with Zorro and sent her home to recover. We were very pleased with our dog's care and highly recommend All Pets.

The great service I received at All Pets began at the front desk and continued with the doctors and vet tech. Everyone there is super friendly and cares about your pet like it's their own. All my questions are always answered and my dogs seem to feel at ease there. If my dogs like All Pets, then so do I.

Dr. Itkin and his staff are all very friendly, knowledgeable and professional, which makes taking my pets to them for health care a great experience. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. Parking is easy and well lit at night and I felt my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. I was extremely satisfied with how smoothly my pet's appointment went and how helpful the vet was. It really went well. As a specialist,I have complete confidence in Dr. Itkin's ability to successfully diagnose and treat my pets' complicated illnesses, with competence and loving care.

Whatever you do stay away from All Pets Emergency. Dr. Itkin has no compassion for the animals. $750 for the first trip. 5 weeks later my poor little dog could not breathe. Took him back and they wanted another thousand to re evaluate. I had to put him down, but they wouldn't do it till I paid first, like I was going to leave in the middle of the night like a common criminal. Outrageous prices. The most uncaring place I have ever been to. Stay clear of this shyster.

I've had Dogs for some 50+ years and I'd advise anyone with a truly sick pet to Avoid this place at all costs. First they are more expensive than Georgia Veterinary services and are very understaffed. The Vet Dr I_k_n is extremely rude (he's the owner) I was reffered to him by my primary Vet for emergency care...and even she said she would never refer anyone to this Dr I_k_n again! My dog, a young 15month old had a very high fever 105 degrees and we left my dog at 9:00am and she remained in a crate until 5:00pm when they finally decided to give her IV fluids and antibiotics. Dr I_k_n explained that he had several dogs/cats that were sicker than mine and thus treated them first (as I said they are very understaffed) I had to call them repetededly to find out what was going on. I have since spoken to several other Vets that said they too have heard that Dr I_k_n is very rude and difficult to speak to (that's an understatement). I've also heard that since I was there that the Surgeon has quit... from disagreements with the owner Dr I_k_n. I have never written a review previously, but the treatment that we received/ did not receive prompted me to write this review. I hope this advise helps another loving pet owner to avoid "All Pets Emergency & Referral P.C." at all costs
