Dr. Kirby was great and rates a 5 star ...........but the boarding was poor.............not enough "out" times...............my dog had to urinate for over 2 minutes and then another almost 2 minutes on pick up (which means he had been holding his urine for a long time) This was close time to go home time for the staff ........do you think they would have taken my dog out if I had not picked up? I don't !! Not to mention making my dog sleep on a cement floors with no blanket, rug or towel....even though I was promised they always put something down for the dogs to sleep on. (I know because I asked what my dog slept on as they did not put the bedding I brought in the pen with him, they calmly replied the cement floor.)
I brought toys and such none were never given to my dog during the stay.
I won't Board my dog there ever again unless they get people who want to make the animals feel some comfort being away from home and family. People who the owners can trust to keep their pet safe, treat them right, and give them good care.

Yes, food and water is always available. My pet loves it.
