We took a puppy here that was only a week old becauyse our mommy dog had bitten his leg almost completely off. First of all, they came in on a Sunday to help us and returned the call immediately. They were so gentle with the puppy and I was amazed at the cost to have to do the procedure, especially since we pulled them out of church. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.

I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help.

The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me.
