They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I was extremely satisfied with how smoothly my pet's appointment went and how helpful the vet was. It really went well. Their pricing seemed to me to be a little overpriced. I just don't see how some of these simple procedures could cost so much. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. bruce is a bit headstrong and definitely tells you what is on his mind but in handling my problems he has been the best and gave me a break on charges when I was in difficult times.

The only vet i will take my best friend (Gracie, the English Mastiff) to. He's warm hearted and truly cares about my dog. His love for animals is felt through the gentle way he handles my shy, but very loving dog. I trust him and feel safe with him caring for my girl.
